Propagation Station is an exhibition of my MFA thesis work. Through narrative inquiry of care within a micro community of myself, baby blankets, text and aloe vera plants, this work presents a journey to better understand or come to know the complexities of care and place. Presented in my apartment, the work critically and actively engages place in relation to research creation. Aloe plants were propagated and given out to visitors as an offering and means to reciprocate the care the aloe has shown me.
